- Team Park City is a local real estate team within Windermere Real Estate. Laurie Nadeau is an EcoBroker and Tim Hoffmann is working towards his. We are very involved in the green community by volunteering our time and also by educating our clients and the public about the benefits of going green and how one can achieve their green goals.

- Our Goal is to educate developers, builders and locals about going green. We are constantly taking classes to further our knowledge on green subjects such as: water conservation, recycling, water reclamation, building materials/designs, solar power...the list goes on and on. We love Park City and we want it to be just as beautiful in 50 years as it is now. Park City is already one of the few cities in the country recognized for its locals volunteering to use green energy, but together we can make this number grow exponentially.
